Giving Energy July 27
I wrote this in an email today to a friend who’d asked me to explain what I meant by giving negative energy to someone by spending a lot of time and effort on being negative towards or about them.
Everything takes energy. The energy of molecules moving around, or in our more gross world as humans, energy can also be expressed as effort, even if it’s the effort of thought instead of the effort of moving a mountain. Just staying alive, breathing, digesting food, etc takes a certain amount of energy. You spend that amount of energy on yourself or you drop dead, eh? (more…)
